Producing results for Alaska
Caelus is upping the game on the North Slope, and a strong tax policy helped make that happen.
- Smith Bay: The largest discovery since Kuparuk, Smith Bay could put thousands to work and produce 200,000 barrels per day. This exploration program was the result of Alaska’s exploration-credit incentive and now the state of Alaska could win big with billions in potential revenue.
- Nuna: This truly shovel-ready project could be online in just a few years. Also supported by core tax incentives, Nuna will employ hundreds of Alaskans in construction and operations for years to come, and will produce $2.2 billion return on Alaska’s $151 million investment.
- Oooguruk: Our flagship development, this award-winning project has produced more than 27 million barrels of oil and millions in revenue for Alaska.
Together we can strengthen today’s economy and bring on new projects that will fuel Alaska for decades – creating thousands of jobs and billions in new state revenues to help support our Permanent Fund, public safety and other essential services.
